ServiceNow Developer required for an exciting service transformation project involving the standup of key ITIL services based on ServiceNow, with a emphasis on Self-service.
A suitable candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow development experience with some involvement of ServiceNow administration.
Key skills sought:
*Core ServiceNow capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Service Catalog.
*Able to configure and customize Service Catalog items, Workflows, business rules and Event Management (ServiceWatch)
*Integration of ServiceNow with other cloud-based solutions and related technologies, such as OKTA, Airwatch, JAMF, SCCM, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, REST.
*Service Portal customization, with good knowledge of Scripting, HTML, Javascript, APIs and AngularJS
Any certifications such as Certified ServiceNow System Administrator would be advantageous.
