Cisco UC / Voice Engineers (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Responsible for level 2 technical support for a global UCC solution of more than 30,000 installed seats including Cisco IPT, UC and VCS technology as well as ECO-Systems like Tiger, Kurmi, Prognosis and Telisca
- Project-support for extension and adaption of installed Cisco Converged Communication Solutions (CSP)
- Infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, diagnosis, management and independent incident resolution
- Self dependent handling of support tickets - Incident-, Problem- and Change Management as well as local onsite problem resolution respecting agreed SLA
- Creation and update of documentations and reports
- Collaboration with other providers to ensure seamless implementation of client requests
Your qualifications
- Hands on work experience as Support Engineer within the IT industry with Cisco IP-Telephony, Unified Communication and Video-Conferencing systems
- Relevant certificate in IT engineering, Cisco CCNP (voice or collaboration) or similar
- Profound knowledge in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Good knowledge of ITIL; V3 foundation certification desirable
- Well-structured individual with an accurate, self-dependent and solution-oriented way of working, especially regarding problem resolution
- Strong client service orientation
- Ability to communicate well with stakeholders
- Good German and English language skills
