Customer Service Associate (Portuguese) - Online Advertising
Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.
They require a Portuguese speaking Customer Service Associate, with previous experience working in a customer service or administrative environment to join them. The successful candidate will work through large volumes of core customer support activities, supporting the needs of publishers and interacting on a cross-functional work environment.
Great opportunity for a candidate coming from a customer service environment to gain further knowledge of online advertising products. The initial contract on offer is until the end of 2017.

What will the role involve?
- Carry out application reviews.
- Assist and support publishers base through our email customer service.
- Draft DFP contracts for EMEA publishers and promote improvements of the process.
- Offer possible solutions and contribute to automation efforts.
- Develop proactive initiatives, and lead reviews activities.
What are the requirements for this role?
- Written and oral fluency in English and Portuguese
- 1-3 years previous experience working in a customer centric environment with a multinational organisation
- Proven ability to work through large volumes of emails and application reviews from customers within specified time frames.
- Internet-savvy.
- Basic knowledge of online advertising products would be an advantage.
- Degree educated or equivalent a plus
