Description
4-8 years of experience in enterprise management services and/or transformation (improvement) service mainly in Telecom industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills English/Spanish.
Strong technical background with advanced computer skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Demonstrate experience for the process improvement focus in technology services
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
Experience in hybrid technology platforms (mobile) and direct experience working with telecom industry it's a plus (preferred)
Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
Computer/system degree or a master degree it's a plus.
ITIL certification and strongly experience handling ITIL process improvement.
Extremely strong experience handling and improving SLAs and KPIs for IT operations and services related.
Deep & expert knowledge in hybrid and complex technology environments (Servers (physical & virtual), LAN/WAN, Storage, Core applications, Databases, Big Data, security systems, OS)
Experience handling & leading projects with PMI knowledge/training is a plus.
ISO 27000, TOGAF, Cobit knowledge/training experience
