Our client, the world’s leading provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims industry, is seeking Senior Product Managers in Justin/Westlake, Texas for their new USA based cutting edge R&D center.

Mission:
Our clients’ team is looking for a leading Product Manager to be based in Justin. This role exists within the team that develops global services and solutions and is part of an ambitious new program building within the agile concept our future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Specify product requirements, including feature prioritization across products and countries and develop use cases to support features implementation
- Interact with development teams to drive product features implementation, build consensus and coordinate product schedules with Project Managers
- Understand our clients’ strategic and competitive position in the countries, and work with local and regional teams to define and deliver the best products that maintain, shape, and improve that position
- You will be a unifying force behind our clients’ product strategy and execution, combining feedback from local and regional sales, marketing, development, customers and prospects to lead the execution on new features and products
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap with new, data driven ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new features
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop product collateral such as presentations, sales tools, and competitive analysis.

Role Requirements
- End to End thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole chain (big picture thinking)
- interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Communication skills, both written and spoken in English
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non- technical people may understand
- Experience with the automotive industry, platform Product Management or International Product Management a strong plus
- Must possess enough technical knowledge to effectively manage features and roadmap

Professional Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of product management or software consulting experience
- Strong business strategy/P&L experience
- Or Strong background in the automotive or claims industry
- Collaborative team player that can also lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time
- Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain-points through research, data and customer insights to improve the customer experience and drive conversion.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum Development methods
- You are comfortable to work with a high degree of independence and responsibility but also a team oriented with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Take-charge attitude with strong business acumen, results orientation and decision making skills
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Requires a MS/BS degree, Computer Science or equivalent preferred
