Service Desk Analyst - 1st line - Contract - Bedfordshire
Square One are recruiting for Service Desk Analysts to work for one of our clients in Bedfordshire on a contract basis. We are looking for someone with a high level of customer service and previous experience on a service desk.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for a high standard of customer service in-line with performance targets
- Shift work will be required, working 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 9:30am-6pm
- To receive and accurately log IT Service issues and requests from users
Essential skills:
- Excellent customer service
- Supporting Windows desktop operating systems
- Experience with Office 365
- Administration of Microsoft Active Directory
- Supporting and using Microsoft desktop applications such as Office and Outlook etc.
- Experience of working to agreed timescales and targets
- Experience of prioritising customer requests and invoking escalation processes
- Experience of designing and documenting processes and procedures
Desirable skills
- Understanding of ITIL guidelines
