Looking for a Windows Administrator to work on a complex centralization projects, including merging of (existing) AD forests from the local offices and raising them in the central, standardized AD.
Position: Windows Administrator
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Languages: Dutch speaking
Duration: 6 months +
Tech skills: Windows Server, AD, Citrix, VMware
The client's environment consists of about 1000 workplaces and is divided into 20 countries.
The infrastructure landscape is made up of Citrix icm Res, virtualized on VMWare, including apps hosted on Linux. Everything on premise.
Responsibilities:
Locations that already use an Office 365 must be "loosened" and included in the central AD (+ mitigation consequences end users/apps, chances)
Monitoring and management with System Center
(Further) automate own tasks and processes
Possible porting of existing scripts and tooling
One uses VMware, Windows server (2003 and higher up to 2016), Citrix, Cisco network, System Center Suite! (2016).
