Description
Securities TOFF Trading support L2 wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years' of relevant working experience with banking systems and business flows
- Solid experience with SPLUNK, PL1 with DB2 and IMS, as well as the competency to solve problems
- ITIL certification or an understanding of the ITIL framework along with knowledge of JAVA or MQ
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantageous
Your tasks:
- Managing communication with internal clients within the Business and other IT teams
- Acting as a leader during major incidents as well as supporting to engage other teams
- Ensuring excellent quality within software delivery and integrate knowledge from application development teams
- Conducting incidents through to resolution including investigating complex problems
- Performing out-of-hours work as required within a compensated and pre-allocated shift to provide support for application deployments and support of critical batch jobs and overseas businesses
