Description

FinXL Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.

In Queensland our growth continues, especially in our Managed Service practice and as a result we have several new roles available in our team. We are experienced Service Desk Analysts to work on a customer site. These are full time positions mostly Monday to Friday but may require some weekend work.

The initial contract will be 6 months. We are ideally looking for people who would like to grow with our team and transition to a permanent employee

Responsbilities/Required Skills:

  • Experience in a Helpdesk, Service Centre or Contact Centre environment
  • Deliver 1st/2nd level ICT phone support to staff and stakeholders within corporate environment
  • Triage incidents for escalation as required
  • Deliver consistently high customer service while striving for a high level of first contact resolution.
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date on the status of reported incidents and service requests.
  • Resolve incidents and complete service requests within established timeframes
  • Contribute to information sharing within the team by documenting processes and standard operating procedures as required and proactively update the Knowledge Base for both client and support staff
