Software Support Engineer-SQL, Software Installations, Training.My client provide multiple software systems to a variety of clients across the UK who are based in Milton Keynes. They are looking for a Software Support/Installation Engineer to work on multiple projects across the business with occasional travel to client site if needed. This role is both technical and administrative and requires a good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server. This role would suit someone with a SQL background or has previously worked within the Healthcare space on multiple system installs and support.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Project Managers to implement projects
Assist with coordinating software upgrades and installations of tracking based software.
Provide end user training
Set up of application environments and software configuration
Handle customer support requests
Fault fixing and troubleshooting
