Description
I am currently recruiting for a solutions architect to work for a client of mine who are a government organisation based in the heart of Brussels European quarter.The Customer security division is currently building a unified highly secured communication network between the HQ and the delegations (embassies).
The purpose is to be able to securely exchange and share information between diplomats.
Therefore, the solution must include:
- A highly secured isolated network
- A mean to exchange data (Exchange 2016)
- A mean to share data (SharePoint 2016)
- A mean to talk securely (VoIP)
- A framework to build any necessary additional applications (WebLogic and Oracle DB).
Currently the basic architecture has been designed and now they are busy with the application layer (OSI Model layer 7) in terms of architecture and design
Requirements
For this application layer architecture and design, they need a Solutions Architect expert with WebLogic and Oracle DB in terms of design and configuration.
Nevertheless, the knowledge of the other OSI model layers is not a strict requirement but an asset anyway.
Basically, the candidate should have knowledge of this OSI model and an expertise in terms of level 7 with a WebLogic and oracle DB specialization/orientation.
MUST have an EU secret clearance (or at least the request for clearance must have been initiated).
The clearance is a MUST because otherwise (ie as long as the candidate doesn't have it, he/she will not have access to a part of the data necessary for his/her job).
Experience
The candidate must also have:
- Minimum 9 years of IT professional experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience with SOA
- 2+ years solutions Architect
- Oracle DB
- WebLogic
- SharePoint 2016
- Exchange 2016
Rate: €450 per day
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Length: 12 months
