A leading name in system integration require, Network Support Engineer ascertain user needs and system requirements in order to design, monitor, and maintain computer networks. 12 month+ Contract located in Prague. Dutch Speaker.
Project:
The role is responsible for providing a professional second-line technical support service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Their primary objective is to ensure all requests, process events and resolution incidents result.
The role is responsible for managing incidents of medium complexity.
