New Contract Opportunity: AxWay Product Analyst/Developer - Brussels, Belgium
Empiric Solution are currently seeking for an experienced Functional Analyst or Developer with AxWay Product experience for a global financial/banking client in Belgium.
Key Skills and Experience
- Developer or Analyst experience with AxWay product
- Setup, and configuration of our Partners Gatweays and Portals
- terative improvements to the platform.
- Coaching and training of team staff: collaborative work.
- Advice and assistance: support functional projects in the design, implementation, configuration, test and documentation of APIs to/from partners.
- Operational support: configure monitoring of the platform and take corrective action when (part of) the service is degraded/stopped. Contribute actively in restoring the service (incident management process) and in the analysis of the root cause and its structural resolution (problem management).
- Analytics & Configuration management: follow the resource usage trend and advise on the configuration actions when capacity thresholds are reached.
