IT Infrastructure Engineer
IT Infrastructure is responsible for delivering stable, high quality, secure and cost-efficient infrastructure solutions for my client's businesses. This incorporates design, implementation, security and support of (amongst others) data centre networks, server capacity, data centres, workplace (desktop, laptop, mobile) etc.
Please note that the delivery analyst function occurs in a variety of technical departments where different technical skills and training are required.
This function is located in area Workplace Services EU - Managed Workplace.
Our department
Dealing Room support is a part of Workplace Services EU - Managed Workplace. The team is dedicated to providing desktop and client services. The goal of the team is to provide solutions that meet the customer demand in 1st and 2nd line IT support, software control/distribution and associated support.
Knowledge And Required Experience:
- HBO with 3-5 years' experience in a similar sized complex infrastructure environment
- Knowledge and experience with Lean
- You are resourceful, flexible, analytically strong and when needed critical
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- High proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English
- Skills for Scripting
- Service minded
- Good understanding of solving incidents and finding solutions
Technical Experience
- Administrator knowledge on Windows 7/Windows 10
- Experience with software distribution through SCCM 2012
- Expert knowledge of MS Office and applications/plugins
- Virtualisation VMWare (vSphere)
- PCoiP
