Description
As part of our Client's Telecommunications Infrastructure team, you manage incidents, perform maintenance, manage changes, in accordance with the SLA required by the client and the requirements of associated services.
Your mission:
- As part of the operational maintenance of the solutions: infrastructure administration, to intervene in the diagnosis and the resolution of the complex incidents and issues in frame of existing contractual commitments
- Review and process the customer requests, changes
- Write and update the administration' and support procedures
- Make recommendations to improve overall performance, ability to render service, performance and security of the solutions.
- Make proposals to improve the solution's performance/operation
Your profile:
Advanced training in the field of Telecommunications, you have a minimum of 2 years' experience in network and security environments. You have advanced knowledge of one or more of the following solutions: Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Bluecoat, Centreon, F5, ...
Python skills would be a plus.
Fluency in English is required for verbal and written communication, allowing you to explain complex technical matters to people of different hierarchical levels and technical skills.
Sense of customer service, commitment, tenacity, ability to work in a team and to collaborate constructively with various stakeholders (internal as well as external: customers, partners) are all assets that will allow you to flourish in this position.
