Description

Your mission:

Implementation of infrastructure projects Security

  • Project management by applying the request management process
  • Technical support to project managers
  • Presentation of the project to contractors and technical teams
  • Identify needs
  • Define and respect a schedule
  • Define test and recipe books
  • Implementation of a model environment
  • Validation, documentation and customer recipe

Change management

  • Preparation of changes (Definition of the implementation plan, definition or update of operational procedures, knowledge transfer to the rest of the team)
  • Realization of changes outside of working hours

Work outside of standard working hours

  • Changes requiring service outages must be made outside of service hours: either before 7:00 am, after 7:00 pm or during WE maintenance.

Troubleshooting

* Resolution of complex incidents (Level 2) in support of RUN teams

* Implementation of a model to solve complex incidents

* Escalation procedures

* Coordination with the supervising team and security engineers as part of complex incident resolution follow-up.

Administration of security equipment

(Firewall, authentication systems, proxies, encryption systems, VPN concentrators)

* Implementation of security rules

* Installation/configuration of equipment

*Update of versions (hardware, software)

* Guaranty the conformity of our equipment (design, hardware, software, configuration, policy)

* Participate in the continuous improvement of our solutions and processes

Your profile

You will have at least 5 years of experience in network and security environments.

You have one or more advanced skills in solutions such as:

* Firewall Checkpoint

* ASA

* PaloAlto

* Proxy Bluecoat & Ironport,

* Cisco ISE

* F5

Ideally a Palo Alto certification, skills in Python and AWS would be a plus.

Fluency in English is required for verbal and written communication, allowing you to explain complex technical events to people of different hierarchical levels and technical skills.

Sense of customer service, commitment, tenacity, ability to work in a team and to collaborate constructively with various stakeholders (internal as well as external: customers, partners) - these are all assets that will allow you to be successful in this role.
