Description

FinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.

At present, an outstanding opportunity exists for a Service Delivery Manager- Networks to join our team of highly-credentialed consultant's onsite at a leading telecommunications organisation.

Working on a large program of work, this position will be responsible represent engineering and bring together all the necessary elements to deliver an optimal, secure, reliable and brilliant service assurance experience for our client's customers.

Responsibilities:
Assemble, engage and lead a cross team of subject matter experts from impacted lines of business.
Engage CSM, Security and Engineering stakeholders early and drive delivery to ensure a seamless and timely transition of solutions into service and minimise uncertainties to the business by mitigating and/or documenting known issues.
Work collaboratively with the relevant Project Manager in developing the operational aspects of the project plan and delivery schedule, considering breadth of KPI's not directly relevant to engineering or CSM.
Identify and present tailored and unambiguous operational requirements based on project scope and deliverables that will ensure engineering & operations' ability to deliver a superior and secure customer assurance experience following project launch. Minimising or removing unforeseen operations requirements impacting project launch.
Manage the timely endorsement of the projects operational impacts, deliverables and outcomes by the appropriate CSM group and management level prior to providing overall CSM sign off.
Maximise skills, knowledge and experiences to meet business expectations by proactively facilitating resolution of operational issues
Represent key operational impacts with business logic for effective decision making.
Obtain and manage the CSM Operations Agree-to-Operate to successfully launch the solution.

Key Skills:
Previous Telecommunications experience across networks and IT
Understands the various aspects of delivery (project experience, engineering, operations).
Experienced in resolution of project issues and risks
ITIL cert - highly desirable
