SAP PS/PP Senior Specialist (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Provide user support for key users in local companies
- Coordinate and perform bug fixing with key users and 3rd party
- Identify, suggest and implement improvements in operations to increase quality of support and support processes
- Govern third parties to ensure stable second and third level support
- Verification of license models and planning of application budgets
- Define, implement and improve support models for applications in plant maintenance and manufacturing operations during their lifecycle
- Contribute in Application Life Cycle Management for manufacturing applications
- Create and review of the functional designs and estimation of development effort
- Facilitate the integration between projects and support and realize the role as scenario owner
- Organize, conduct and/or support test activities for change requests and projects
Your qualifications
- Profound and relevant SAP PS & PP experience
- Experience in several full cycle SAP implementations and migrations
- Strong analytical, moderation and presentation skills
- Sound grasp of the needs of typical logistics business users
- Leadership skills (Management or Technical)
- Hands on mentality where applicable (e.g. in order to support on short notice in critical situations)
- Ability to stabilize and harmonize processes & SAP systems and optimize where applicable
- Ability to fluently speak and write Business English and German
