Technical Skills
Advanced Knowledge and experience with VMWare vSphere 5.5/6.x - VCP certified or relevant experience
Prior Experience with VMware vRealize Suite of products preferred
Solid understanding of Integrated Converged Infrastructure Stack (VCE VBlock) [VCE-CIA certification a plus]
Knowledge of Scalable Storage Area Networks and fiber channel Switches, Cisco MDS, EMC or NetApp Equipment
Knowledge of VMware NSX (monitoring and troubleshooting)
Knowledge of Cisco Datacenter networking (Nexus)
Prior Experience with NetApp Data ONTAP 7-mode and Clustered mode preferred
Assist in the daily management of 200+ Windows and Linux systems to meet business needs.
Conduct timely and accurate upgrades, patches, clustering, support, and configuration management in accordance with change and release management processes
Experience with Network Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Arbor Networks
Experience with Orchestration and Automation tools a plus
General networking and security knowledge and experience preferred IT Helpdesk experience; Incident Management and Resolution, systematic problem management
Participate in on-call rotation as necessary
