Operation Analyst
Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for an Operation Analyst for our client in Barcelona.
Location: Barcelona
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months
Operations Analyst (Site Support Team)
Goal: to provide IT site support to end users.
Tasks:
- Manage IT Assets: PC hardware, software licenses, peripherals and mobile technologies.
- Windows PC hardware deployment (build, configure & deploy).
- Software deployment (new versions of Windows, Office etc) via SCCM or manually.
- IT support for internal end-users (according to procedures), both on-site & remotely.
- Cooperation with internal ServiceDesk (Helpdesk): resolve issues that have been assigned by ServiceDesk to the Site Support team.
- Troubleshoot desktop applications, printers, workstations, laptops and peripherals.
- Participate in the assessment of new IT technologies & other IT related projects.
Requirements:
- Work experience in an IT support environment (preferred in a large corporation).
- Solid Spanish and English language skills + ideally Portuguese/French.
- Experience with administering: Windows (7/10), MS Office 365.
- Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN Technologies, experience with TCP/IP.
- Driver's license (preferred).
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, customer minded.
- Flexibility (normal working hours, but available to help outside working hours in case of an emergency), travel to other SBD locations.
