Description
One of the largest manufacturing companies is currently seeking for a Network Architect to work on a 6-12 month rolling contract in Eindhoven, Netherlands
As a Network Architect, you will be required to be skilled within the following:
- Cisco CCIE certificate routing and Switching or equivalent experience (CCIE)
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Core Routing and Switching design, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Cisco and Juniper Products and Best Practices in:
- Routing protocols OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
- Spanning-tree, VTP, Port Channels, Load balancing, SPAN
- Multicast PIM Sparse/Dense, MSDP
- NAT
- QoS understanding and configuration, able to customize across all Cisco platforms to support Voice, Video, and selected applications
- VPN (SSL and IPSEC)
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Network Security, including design, configuration, and tuning
- Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, ASA Firewalls and FWSMs - NAT, ACL configuration, IPSec and SSL VPN
- MPLS traffic engineering design, configuration, and troubleshooting
- ISIS, LDP, TDP, RSVP Label distribution
- MPBGP-VPNv4, Multi-VRF and VRF-Lite
- Nexus 2K, 5k, 7K configuration and design
- Application and WAN Optimization appliance design and configuration
- Design and implement of data, voice, and/or video network infrastructures.
- Responsible for implementing complex projects (any "first time" builds)
- Core or Internet infrastructures, acceptance testing of new hardware and software.
- Able to expertly troubleshoot at tier 3.
