Description

Working inside the scope of IR35 for the public sector, the IT Support Analyst will be responsible for the provision of first line technical support to employees based within Berkshire in accordance with Service Level Agreements.

Support will be given primarily on user account access and software application problems. However, areas of support will include the remote management of IT equipment, hardware and software installations and configurations, and guidance to a client base of approximately 5,000 users.

Support knowledge of MS Office 2010, Windows 7, Mobile Technology (smartphones, mifi's, tablets) Active Directory are essential.

This role is to start ASAP and will pay £9.31-£10.54 p/h PAYE (excluding pension and HP) or £11.29-£12.87 p/h Umbrella/Deemed payroll.
