Network Support Engineer. Cisco, BlueCoat, Juniper, F5
Currently looking for a Network Support Engineer who has 2 years + experience in network security administration or support.
It is a 12 month contract in Prague, Czech Republic.
The role is responsible for providing professional second-line support service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems.
The primary objective is to ensure all requests, process events and resolution incidents result in zero missed SLA conditions
The role is responsible for managing incidents of medium complexity.
Technical skills must cover some of the following: Cisco, BlueCoat, Juniper, F5
You must be a Dutch/German Speaker.
