Description
My client, one of the leading Telco operators in Belgium, is now looking for a Senior Functional Analyst with a strong OSS background.
You will be working in a team of functional and technical analysts handling projects on the OSS systems.
The Operational support systems are responsible for the configuration, activation, provisioning and maintenance of services and network resources.
It consist of all the IT applications that support Back Office activities and entails the following domains:
- Network inventory management
- Service fulfilment
- Workforce management
- Third party communication
- Fault management
- Error handling
- Reporting
Experience:
- Analysis
- Abstract domain
- Bespoke or off-the-shelf applications
- Solution writing for different stakeholders
- Technical background is a must
- SQL, XML/XSD, SOA, Java
- Close connection to engineering
- Telecom knowledge is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
- NL or FR is a plus
