Description
This is a great role for a Citrix Systems Engineer to join this large North Shore based telecommunications organisation.
You will be responsible for the following:
Implement primarily XenServer and Hyper-V Virtualisation platforms
Work actively with the Network teams for routing and Firewall to ensure end to end connectivity
Work actively with the end user, project managers, Windows packaging team for application deployment into Citrix Solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues on Citrix Solutions
You will have the following skills:
Experience (5-10 years) of Microsoft technologies - Server , Windows 7
Expert in Windows Server Operating Systems, Hyper-V and XenServer Virtualisation Systems
Good understanding of Active Directory and Windows Networking
Extensive experience with IP Networking
Experience [5-10 years] in supporting and deploying application packaging, streaming and deployment into XenApp, XenDesktop
Familiar with Cisco UCS hardware, UCS Manager and UCS Central
Familiar with Citrix Netscaler configuration and support
Familiar with Thin Client deployment ie HP, Wyse
Knowledge of EMC storage infrastructure including Unity and Vmax
You will be an Australian Citizen.
