For one of our prestigious clients we are currently urgently looking for a Qlikview Specialist
The primary assignment for the Qlikview Specialist will be to support, operate, maintain and enhance the Qlikview platform.
Main activities are:
- day to day operational follow-up, support and assistance for the production-, test- and acceptation environments of the Qlikview environment
- Perform upgrades, patches and installation of Qlikview
- Handle incoming incidents and questions from developers/end-users, follow up and communicate on these incidents
- Provide support to the BI development teams within and help in troubleshooting
- activities to maintain, enhance and improve the Qlikview environment
Required qualifications or skills
Mandatory technical Skills
- 3+ years of experience with Qlikview ( version 11/12 ).
- Deep knowledge related to:
- Server architecture & configuration, Qlikview Server, Qlikview Publisher, Security, User and Document Management, Multi-server and distributed deployments, QMC.
- Proficiency with QlikView client tool and Designer & Developer principles.
- Experience with SAP connector for QlikView, VB Scripting, QMC API, QlikView extensions, nPrinting, Qliksense are a plus.
- Knowledge regarding Operating systems, IT security and communications: Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, Proxy Servers, SSO, System Monitoring,
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of data warehouse design and Business Intelligence concepts
- Willingness to continuously extend knowledge on selected BI technologies listed in Secondary skill section
