We have a rare opportunity working with a significant Government Body in The Netherlands who is looking for a Software Release/Deployment specialist on a contract basis.The role will bean initial 4m contract with the high likelihood of it extending to 2020. They are looking for an expert in Puppet (knowledge of Puppet 4), Linux and GIT and very experienced in software deployment.
A Devops background with be an advantage but not essential, Puppet and Linux are the bare essentials due to the client's systems being based on this software.
Rare role with a high profile organisation with a lengthy contract with unrivaled development potential.
A summary of the required tech skills:
- English: B2 Minimum
- Minimum 7 years experience in Technical review, assurance and design for deployment
- Minimum 1 year experience using Puppet
- Experience in release promotion, release packaging and release deployment
- Linux-knowledge of 6.x/7.x
- GIT
