Mentmore is currently recruiting for an Enterprise Architect. Our client, global financial services organisation based in The Netherlands. They are going through a significant reorganisation and seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect - Advanced Analytics.
Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for the architecture vision and strategy of the organisation.

Main goal is to build a future state architecture for IT and enabling agility and turning data into value.

Head a high performance team of technology specialists.

Hybrid cloud strategies

Lead technology transformation in a complex environment.

Setting the strategy and roadmaps around how Enterprise Architecture will benefit the growth of the business.

Engage with the business stakeholders to understand their concerns and needs of the company.

Looking at technology strategy, Governance, Roadmaps and Business Strategy etc.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies
Required Skills:
- Enterprise Architecture (5+ years)
- Excellent Advanced Analytics experience
- Excellent knowledge of data technology and technology architecture
- Good understanding of Blockchain
- Strong Open Source skills, both using and contributing to it.
- Excellent knowledge of infrastructure, integration and applications from a strategic perspective.
