Description
We need an SAP APO - DP, PPDS & SNP Consultant senior consultant to conduct a workshop at a customer site in Israel.
Starting from November 6 th for 10-12 days. (Start date is NOT flexible).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Strong expertise in at least 3 end to end projects (business process)
Strong understanding of process flow modelling concepts
Translate business requirements into functional design
Create functional specification documents and partner with development team for solutions
Manage production support deliverables such as design document, configuration documents and functional specifications
Perform necessary configuration in SCM PP/DS, DS, SNP to meet the requirements of the business solution.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
Strong awareness of industry or global 'best-practice' process for Advanced Planning and Optimization
Strong understanding of SAP APO - DP (Demand Planning) and PP/DS (Production Planning Detailed Scheduling) concepts and standards, SNP (Supply Network Planning) and integration with SAP ECC.
Ability to conceptualize and document business process flows in a simplified manner, as suited to the corresponding target audience (business community or technical teams).
Ability to apply organized, logical thinking to design as-standard-as-possible solutions addressing business challenges
Expert knowledge of Core Interface (CIF) integration with SAP ECC
Expert knowledge of the following SAP APO modules: DP (Demand Planning), PP/DS (Production Planning Detailed Scheduling)
Expert knowledge of SAP PP - Material Requirements Planning
Understanding of following SAP modules: SD, PP, MM
Understanding of data marts required for APO-Demand Planning
Knowledge of background jobs & batch jobs to manage the daily planning requirements
Experience implementing SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) - DP (Demand Planning) and PPDS (Production Planning Detailed Scheduling solutions) and SNP (Supply Network Planning)
Participation in at least 4 full scale (blueprint, design, build, test, deploy and support) implementation projects involving SAP APO and integration with ERP application
