Your tasks:
- Raise Change Requests, align with applicable admins from Vendor, and achieve approval by required Change Managers and Business Units. Inherit E2E responsibility for Change Management related tasks and duties for the project
- Align documentation to distributed and new central operational standards; define and adapt ITIL compliant operational concepts; conduct policy gap analysis
- Understand, review and adapt Service Operating Procedures; create missing key operating procedures
- Creation (and review) of missing documentation, concepts, procedures, implementation guidelines, support docu etc.
Your qualifications
- Proven experience in the field of enterprise application operations
- Advanced understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security obligations, and audit regulations
- Familiar with extensive and complex processes of an intercultural, wide spread corporation
- End-to-end delivery attitude; responsible completion of the tasks assigned, including extensive administrative overhead, stakeholder involvement, problem solving and status reporting
- Applicable certifications (ITIL, etc.)
