Revenue Assurance Analyst
12 Month Contract
Location: Oman
I am recruiting for an experienced Fraud Analyst who has vast experience in a Telecoms environment who can join my client based in Oman.
My client are one of the worlds largest mobile telecommunications provider and can offer unrivalled experience working with industry professionals and latest technologies.
You will be part of an existing team providing operational support for Revenue Assurance Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of the critical Revenue Assurance KPIs through the system to identify areas of potential revenue leakage
- Perform regular audits of network systems and platforms to minimize instances contributing to the revenue losses
- Publishing of Daily dashboards covering critical reconciliations and audits.
Skills Required:
- Must have experience in a Telecoms Environment covering Revenue Assurance.
- Must have excellent data analytics and investigation skills
- Knowledge of telecoms service platforms such as IN & Billing Systems, Switch (MSC/BSC).
