Description

Finance Administrator is required for a contract position in Leeds, UK.

Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major client for a contract role for initially 1-2 months with a possibility of extension. Please find the job details.

Essential Criteria
1 Experience of working within a helpdesk environment.
2 Health and safety knowledge awareness in identifying risks within an office environment, including Workstation awareness.
3 Working alongside a range of external contractors, suppliers and consultants including mechanical and electrical contractors and Health and Safety consultants.
4 To work independently and prioritise workload within a helpdesk environment.

To provide general facilities management services to the office based office on a daily basis To administer the incoming and outgoing daily post and deliveries. To ensure all visitors are welcomed to the office in a professional manner, including dealing with various queries. To report third party IT issues to the helpdesk and assist in rectifying issues when required. To ensure the office has necessary office provisions including; stationery and refreshments. To provide assistance with the London based Facilities team in the gathering of information in readiness for project related works as and when required.
