Quality Control Tester (m/f)

Description

• Execute issuing solution certification processes together with internal and external stakeholders (international retailers, vendors etc.)
• Maintain and continuously improve the certification standards and methods for Integrated Issuing Solutions (test cases, test plan, test report)
• Provide technical support to Technical Account Managers as well as internal and external partners during project execution
• Create layouts in the test environments
• Review of functional and technical specifications

• In-depth professional experience as a certification engineer in a multinational and customer-orientated environment
• Relevant IT educational background (experience in the software development field highly preferred)
• Proficiency in test execution, test process definition and implementation
• Excellent English language skills (oral & written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office products
• Excellent ability to analyze problems and identify solutions
• Good communication and team skills, ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
• Ability to communicate with external partners in an efficient and structured way
