SC Cleared Application Duty Technician - Contract - Hampshire
Square One are looking for an SC Cleared Application Duty Technician to come on board for an initial 12 month contract in Hampshire.
This is an initial 12 month contract, paying market rates.
Must have current and valid SC Clearance
The role:
Day to day service support for a large and complex system, comprising a wide range of hardware, COTS software & bespoke code (eg IBM Message Broker, WebSphere App Server.).
Working within the Operations Team Rota involving Weekends & On call, the role involves providing client support, resolution of live service incidents and providing technical direction and guidance to the service management team.
Strong technical understanding of IBM systems, infrastructure and processes with an ability to investigate and resolve complex live technical issues.
Provide input and recommendations into technical improvement initiatives operating within the service team.
Experience of working directly with 3rd party suppliers.
