Kondor/K+TP/KPlus Technical Operational Support, English Speaking
Skills:
This position is focus on Technical (60%) and functional (40%) knowledge, it is not a Business or functional analyst function but a Technical Support position and experience with Kondor+ package is required.
have experience in applications service management (1st or 2nd line support)
have strong knowledge in service and incident management
have good experience technical experience with Kondor+ package
Duties (main functions of role):
As an 1st line/2nd line Operational Support:
- Daily management of the service request and incidents related to supported applications (identification and assignment to related DevOps).
- Treatments of service requests and incidents resolution
- Improvement of tools for automating tasks.
- Monitoring of applications and batch processes.
- Maintenance of monitoring solutions around the supported applications.
- Perform the Software releases installation.
- Participate to IT risk management activities.
- Participate to on-call (7/7) and Week-end maintenance activities (Monthly)
