Description
Our Client, a leading provider of Mobile Networks, requires an expert consultant with at least 15 years experience to work alongside an existing team, sharing in project work-streams. This is a senior role where design is key in the 3 disciplines covering IMS, VoLTE & VoWi-Fi so we are looking for in depth understanding of design & implementation.
Based in Guernsey with occasional remote working considered at times if deemed appropriate.
Areas for focus and required skills:
- Previous experience of at least 15 years with design and implementation of VoLTE and VoWi-Fi is essential,
- Ideally with Huawei IMS Core
- Good knowledge of and experience with Huawei mobile networks: Highly desirable
- Experienced engineer with knowledge of core components in areas such as IMS, PCRF, and PS architecture such as SGSN, GGSN, S-GW, P-GW etc.
- Practical understanding of mobile RAN (2G/3G/4G) is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of IP Networks such as routing, DNS also highly desirable
- Team worker who can share knowledge and project work-streams with others
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
