Cisco Voice Engineer - Contract - London
Square One are looking for a Cisco Voice Engineer to come on board for an initial 3 month contract, in London.
This is an initial 3 month contract, paying market rates.
The role:
Cisco Voice - Maintain and administer (Moves, Sdds, Deletes, Changes) the client Cisco voice infrastructure. This includes replacement of handsets, patching, fault finding and liaising with customers to provide excellent customer service. The applicant must be prepared to travel to any of the clients' sites within the London area.
The applicant must have a good understanding of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) 9 or above and Unity Connection.
Administering CUCM.
Knowledge of ARC switchboard, Tiger call logger and Red Box call recording will be useful.
The ability to work with analogue lines using Cisco gateways is also desirable.
CCNA level for switching and routing to assist with the network team if required.
This is an initial 3 month contract, paying market rates.
