Futures & OTC Clearing Client Service Representative

The primary focus of this role will be to onboard, service and retain EMEA continental clients (internal and external) as well as providing secondary team support to ASIA & US based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Look after top tier Clients (Platinum, Gold & Silver) and ensure that the best service is delivered
- Coordinate and communicate with internal & external stakeholders
- Ensure procedures and policies are followed-up and regularly reviewed
- Work with Operation Control to ensure the right controls are in place or GAPS identified
- Know the EMEA clients and how they operate
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Responsible for the day to day and escalating any issues to the Management & Business
- Enhance STP and be pro-active to improve the flow (internal and external for clients)
- Fully aware of the market risks and make sure they are well under control
Skills & Knowledge required:
- Knowledge of Futures & OTC Derivatives is necessary.
- Understanding of the Listed Derivatives model and its exchange related requirements
- Strong operational background with emphasis on risk management and process improvement
- Ability to balance project deliverables with daily processes
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
