Customer Insight Analyst
Berkshire (3- Month Contract)
The Company:
A leading agile and customer centric Telco company, who have some impressive growth plans in place. They are currently seeking a Customer Insight Analyst to join their team on a 3-6 month contract, based out of the HQ in Berkshire.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Sitting in the Customer Analytics team in Enterprise Information, you will be helping to make sense and predict customer behaviour by analysing data the company hold about their customers ie usage, network coverage, demographics etc.
- Be driven by the use of analytics, promote its benefits and exploit its capabilities to drive the organisation forward
- To dive actions through the provision of accurate and timely insights to internal customers to support their decision-making process
- Provide rounded reviews of product performance/analytics solutions and to push the business over adopting and accepting findings.
- To develop summary insight reports, pulling together key findings and recommendations
- Communicate insights, analytic findings and recommendations clearly to internal customers.
- Ensure analytics is presented correctly for the right audience, convert statistical output to meaningful business context.
Experience Required:
- Insight and Data visualisation experience, background in delivering rounded/meaningful insight
- Ability to translate analytics findings in to meaningful insight
- Stakeholder management
- Experienced data analyst
- Competent experience of data manipulation and analysis using SAS
- SQL Skills and querying large data environments
- Numerate and confident with interpretation, analysis and presentation of statistical data
- Proficiency in advanced analytical tools
