GIS ExpertWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to support their project in Romania.
Position Title: GIS Expert
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: December 2017
Duration: 3 months rolling

Responsibilities:
- Make sure that all the built network rollout data (drawings, As built, network elements, Inventory, etc.) are collected from the Subcontractors in GIS format compatible with the existing ESRI GIS system.
- Manage the integration of these data with the GIS system.
- Hands on the IT features of the GIS for the supervision of FTTH rollout.
- Handle the Geo referencing.
- Adapt the maps with design.
- Manage different files formats for upload & download.
- Prepare weekly progress reports, steering committees preparation.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Hold a Master's degree level or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in GIS solutions.
- Leadership and proven ability for teamwork; rigorous and autonomous.
- Experience with customer satisfaction control: communication, relationship optimization, expectations qualification, change management.
- Fluent oral and written English and Romanian.
