Description
IT Onsite Support (1st Level) with Italian language skills wanted for our Lugano based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Relevant qualification and experience in a technical profession, MCSA or ITIL certification is an advantage
- 3+ years' working experience in a similar role, First Level and Onsite Support
- Profound background in troubleshooting desktop issues
- Good understanding of the most relevant Windows desktop applications including Active Directory
- Confidence with Blackberry BES is advantageous
- Languages: Italian and English fluent both written and spoken, German would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Installation of End User workplace hardware
- Executing office moves implementations as well as supporting global Service Desk for tasks and incidents
- Setting up, deploying, replacing and maintaining of all user systems including laptops, desktops and hand held devices
- Analysing requests for closing and escalating to the correct department as defined in the valid incident management support process
- Taking responsibility over all coordination tasks between users and IT departments in Zurich
- Occasional travel to Zurich offices if needed
