Description
We are currently looking for a Genesys Designer to join our client, a large telecoms company, to be based out of offices in either Newcastle or London.
This is going to be an initial 3 month contract with pay rates between £400-£550.
You must have experience in end to end design and deployment as opposed to just integration.
eServices and/or IWD experience is mandatory.
The project is a large scale contact centre being built with genesys. The need the resource to come in and complete HLD and LLD, configuration and integration of components.
Experience with WFM is required.
Candidates will have worked on at least 3 major Genesys deployments so they have the technical knowledge to come in and hit the ground running.
