SharePoint Developer - Migration / Automation - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Developer to join a global organisiation. The role will primarily focus on the migration of document management practices to SharePoint.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years SharePoint Development experience
- SharePoint Document Management along with SharePoint Search and its APIs
- Competency of migration automation, for instance via tools, as well as major migrations support development
- Relevant development experience on Server-side and Client-side Object Models
- Expertise in JavaScript and JSLink along with Application Lifecycle Management processes knowledge
- Familiarity with SharePoint's Security Model and SharePoint solutions deployment with PowerShell
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Ensuring rollout project for document migration to SharePoint 2013
- Conducting migration of legacy document management practices to SharePoint
- Contributing to the Information Architecture in the question and design field
- Creating out of the box SharePoint solutions for meeting the needs of the business
