Description
The Cloud Productivity Suite - Technical Lead supports and designs the comprehensive high level architecture, functionality and implementation of the productivity suite of applications. Reporting to the Workplace Technology Lead Architect this position will formulate a product strategy/vision and roadmap to ensure we are on the quickest and best path for success. Working collaboratively with other workstream architects and key stakeholders helping todetermine business and user requirements that will be met by the identity platform.
? Develop technology strategy, future state architecture and roadmap for the productivity suite landscape.
? Ability to provide technical system solutions, determine overall design direction and provide recommendations for complex technical issues
? Experience designing and operating enterprise scale Office 365 and G-Suite solutions (in coexistence would be an advantage).
? Working knowledge of Domain Name Service configuration and management with particular focus on Mail Routing,MX records, etc
? Experience with secure email routing configuration
? Experience with connecting Single Sign On and Identity federation technologies to Productivity applications.
? Strong troubleshooting mind-set
? Provide 3rd Line Support
? Interface and support incident resolution with 1st and 2nd level support teams with all high priority issues related to identity and access.
? Experience working in high paced development environments.
? Develop relationships with key vendors
? Ability to write technical and operational management documentation
? Producing high-level infrastructure designs
? Producing low-level implementation plans and associated documentation
? Hands-on implementation where appropriate
? Collaborate with other Government Departments and organisations to ensure best practices and pan Government principles are being followed
