Service Desk Analyst - Contract - Bristol

Our client, within the public sector are looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst on a contract basis in Bristol.

INSCOPE IR35

ROTA BASIS - Able to work between 07:00 - 18:00 hrs Monday - Friday on a rota basis.

Service Desk Analyst Role:

  • Provide effective ICT Systems support in a professional manner.
  • Enthusiastic & committed to delivery of 1st Class Customer experience.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Reliable & trustworthy.
  • Ability to establish quick working relationships.
  • Previous Helpdesk/Service Desk experience working in an IT Technical environment.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Good knowledge of Helpdesk/Service Desk Incident call logging systems.

Service Desk Analyst Experience:

  • ITIL awareness and understanding, with the ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Familiarity in preparing procedure documents and training guides.
  • Helpdesk/Service Desk 1st line support
  • Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems.
  • Experience working with Exchange and Active Directory.
  • Experience of advanced MS Office support.
  • Experience providing basic network and connectivity support.
  • Support of Blackberry, iPhones, Smartphones & general Telecoms support.
