Position Title: Genesys Solution Designer

Description:
- More Genesys Solution Design experts one of the leading UK Telecom operators on various locations across the UK (Newcastle, London, Hatfield, Manchester and Leeds).
- Genesys designers with experience in multi-site, large scale, resilient Genesys architectures.
- Capable of taking end customer requirements and translating these into testable solution designs.
- Must have good documentation skills.
- Experienced in managing risks and stakeholders.
- Ability to get ‘hands on’ – produce documentation, build and configure Genesys platform (and supporting infrastructures, such as SBC, Tomcat/Apache etc).
- Ability to debug and diagnose faults with the deployment, and to propose solutions and options to resolve issues.
- Specific Genesys skills like eServices, IWD.
- Fluent English, eligible to work in the UK on a contract basis.
