Description
Australia's largest infrastructure solutions companies currently seeking a Chief IT Engineer on an initial 3 month contract.
The role of Chief Engineer within the engineering organisation, is to define architectural solutions that meet the client's requirements and leverage portfolio standard offerings.
The successful candidate will be someone who is immediately available, possesses the ability to hit the ground running and has demonstrated experience with:
- MS Office 365
- MS Exchange
- MS Windows 10
- Skype for Business
- Azure
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver sales presentations at CEO/COO/CIO levels for large, complex opportunities
- To be a single point of contact for escalation and resolution of infrastructure issues on behalf of Account team
- Represent the account in all technical aspects of solution design and infrastructure architecture (architecture-production)
- Develop for client technically or operationally feasible long-term IT strategies and plans
- Support both standard & non-standard service requests
- Assist the account team with analysing and implementing portfolio standards for both software and hardware implementations
