Description
We are in need of core network specialist with good strong understanding of 3GPP LTE standards who can quickly analyse patent applications and match them to the relevant parts of the standards or disprove they are essential to standards.
Duration: 3 months +
Location: Cambridge (Royston)
The ideal applicant would be:
- Very strong, deep and broad understanding of LTE architecture, ideally gained from MNO or vendor development environment
- Ideally worked in standards (or very familiar with them) and conversant with structure of 3GPP standards, organisation and procedures
- Conversant in 3GPP LTE standards in core networks, including PCC, IMS, SrVCC, non 3GPP access and MM/SM.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently analysing deep technical detail and generate succinct report to describe their conclusions
- Any background in the IPR/patent process would be useful but not mandatory.
