Technology Install Partners is looking for an Alarm Technician with Physical Security experience, who is passionate about technology and customer service. Our technicians work directly with end users to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of software and hardware issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Technology Install Partners is a security company with a technology background. We provide access control, fire, video surveillance, nurse call, security alarms, fiber, wireless, and structured cabling services/products to our customers. Our company holds a GSA Contract with the federal government and continues to grow our relationship with the federal government. We have locations in Cleveland, Ohio and Livonia, Michigan. This position is for our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support to on-site and remote employees by diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, and mobile app issues.
- Management of projects-being able to manage a project from beginning to end, new construction and existing construction.
- Create and manage Active Directory/Exchange Accounts
- Provide training when required or assigned installation projects i
- Keep informed on new development and products
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork including work orders, service tickets, time logs, and emergency information schedules.
- Exhibits appearance and conduct in accordance with established company standards to present to a professional image to our customers and the general public. Maintains the highest standards of decency, honesty, and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Two or more years installing, servicing, and maintaining low voltage systems.
- PC and Network knowledge/experience
- IT related experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment whit changing priorities
- Successful completion of drug testing and background check
- Clean driving record
- Fire License preferred
- Ability to read and understand CAD drawings
- Ability to estimate jobs
- Solid experience on new "ground up" construction projects
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED!
Physical Requirements:
- Physical Requirements
- Lifting up to 50 pounds. Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, standing and walking significant distances.
- Work from ladders and scaffolds or at heights above 30 feet

Salary Range:
$23.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience
