Description
Hanson Regan is currently looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant to work in Hungary starting the 1st of December for a minimum of 12 months. After the 1st month the role will mainly involve remote work, if you have the following skills please get in touch.
Tasks:
- Incident/defect routing: Submit defect or issue for resolution
- Service requests: access requests, mass uploads, picklist updates, support pre-approved enhancement requests
- Maintenance tasks: support & coordinate solution testing, table maintenance
- Integration support: analyze error logs, support error resolution, oversee and coordinate various IT interfaces
- Strong command of oral and written English
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Several years as SF EC super user
- Proven track record in SF EC configuration and other related technologies (eg Boomi)
- Strong skills in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ...)
